Push Out Scrap Steel Balers

This Y83/T-100 Push out scrap steel balers are mostly applied in the metal smelting factory and scrap metal recycled station with low requirement on production. It is the smallest one among our metal baling presses. Operated manually, this product makes the bale in small size of 200×200mm convenient for moving and smelting. The bale is extremely suited to be sent to the metal smelting furnace in small size with high efficiency, improving the smelting speed. Kurze Einführung in den Pressprozess
Zunächst sollte das Abfallmaterial zum Ballenpressen manuell oder mechanisch in die Verdichtungsbox geladen werden. Der Deckelzylinder beginnt, den Deckel in die richtige Position zu drehen, um die Verdichtungsbox vollständig abzudichten. Dann drücken die Auswerfer des Seitenzylinders und des Hauptzylinders die Abfallstoffe zu Ballen zusammen. Unter Berufung auf den Schließzylinder wird die Verriegelungstür geöffnet. Der Auswerfer des Hauptzylinders drückt den Ballen aus dem Verdichtungskasten und beendet den Pressvorgang.
